Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to wholesale (B2B) orders placed through wholesale.aartspace.com by approved trade account holders. Consumer purchases made through banksy-captured.com are subject to a separate consumer returns policy and are not covered here.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue:

  • Email hello@aartspace.com with your order number and photographs clearly showing the damage
  • AART SPACE will arrange a replacement or issue a credit note at our discretion
  • We will cover return shipping costs for confirmed damaged or defective goods

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the order at our own cost, including arranging collection of the incorrect items and re-delivery of the correct ones.

4. Returns of Undamaged Goods

Returns of undamaged goods are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Goods must be in original, unopened, saleable condition with all packaging intact
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply
  • Returns must be pre-authorised — do not send returns without contacting us first

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email hello@aartspace.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
  3. Pack items securely in their original packaging and include the RMA number
  4. Ship via a tracked, insured service (buyer pays unless the return is due to damage or defect)
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or credit within 7–10 business days

6. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as account credit, at your preference. Credit notes can be applied to future wholesale orders.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items not in original saleable condition
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 14-day window without prior arrangement
  • Personalised or custom orders

8. Faulty Goods

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Our obligations under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 are not affected by this policy.
