UK Shipping

Free Shipping Over £200

All UK wholesale orders over £200 (excluding VAT) qualify for free standard tracked delivery. Orders under £200 ship for a flat rate of £15.

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday-Friday ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days:

  • In-Stock Items: Ship within 1 business day
  • Made-to-Order Items: 3-5 business days processing (clearly marked on product page)
  • Backorders: Estimated ship date provided at checkout
  • Large Orders (£5,000+): May require 2-3 business days to prepare

Certain items require special packaging:

  • High-Value Items: Discreet packaging and signature required delivery

Order Tracking

Tracking Your Order

All orders include full tracking from dispatch to delivery:

1. Shipping Confirmation

You'll receive an email with tracking number and courier details when your order ships.

2. Real-Time Tracking

Track your order in real-time via the courier's website or your account portal (Portal → Orders).

3. Delivery Notifications

Receive email and SMS updates (if phone number provided) for out for delivery and delivered statuses.

4. Proof of Delivery

Signature confirmation and photo proof of delivery available upon request.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows a delivery issue:

  • Attempted Delivery: Courier will attempt redelivery or leave at local depot
  • Failed Delivery: Contact courier directly to arrange redelivery
  • Lost Shipment: Contact us immediately - all orders are fully insured
  • Damaged on Arrival: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours

Delivery Terms

Recipient Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide accurate and complete delivery address
  • Include contact phone number for delivery updates
  • Ensure someone is available to receive signature-required deliveries
  • Inspect package immediately upon receipt
  • Report damage or missing items within 48 hours

Delivery Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays or disruptions (strikes, weather, vehicle breakdowns)
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Recipient unavailability (residential deliveries)
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

We are not liable for delays beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are guides only and not guaranteed.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from depot will be returned to us. In this case:

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded
  • Reshipment requires payment of new shipping charges
  • Orders uncollected for 30+ days may be restocked (refund minus 15% restocking fee)

Bulk & Pallet Shipping

For very large orders (£10,000+ or 20+ boxes), we offer pallet shipping:

  • Freight Shipping: Cost-effective for bulk orders
  • Forklift Required: Ensure delivery location can accommodate pallet delivery
  • Scheduled Delivery: Advance notice provided for delivery appointment
