3.3 VAT and Pricing

• All wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT
• UK customers: 20% VAT will be added at checkout
• EU customers: Reverse charge mechanism applies (provide valid VAT number)
• Non-EU international: No UK VAT charged (customs duties may apply in destination country)

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Standard Payment (Pay on Order)

Available to all wholesale customers from your first order:

• Payment required at time of order placement
• Secure checkout via Stripe (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
• Order ships immediately upon payment confirmation
• Ideal for new customers and occasional orders

4.2 Credit Account (Net 30)

Available to approved customers with established order history:

• Net 30 terms: Payment due 30 days from invoice date
• Credit limit: £2,500-£25,000 depending on creditworthiness
• Application: 3+ successful orders required, credit check performed
• Benefits: Improved cash flow, streamlined ordering, monthly statements

Late Payment Policy: Invoices unpaid after 30 days incur 1.5% monthly interest. Accounts 60+ days overdue may be suspended until payment is received.

4.3 Applying for Credit Terms

To apply for a credit account, contact sales@aartspace.com with:

• Business registration documents
• Recent financial statements (last 2 years)
• Trade references (2-3 suppliers)
• Requested credit limit amount
